Sales. I guess, you know, great salespeople are constantly sharpening those skills.
Crystal: Yes, they are. Sales is like taking a shower. It doesn’t last.
Sunshine: Oh. Yeah. It doesn’t, does it?
Crystal: No.
Sunshine: You have to do it often.
Crystal: Yes, you constantly have to be honing your skill sets.
Sunshine: Well, I’m looking forward to hearing what your recommendations are for honing these sales skills.
Crystal: Will do. One of the ways to stay on top of your sales game is to read sales books. And I’m going to recommend to everyone watching this my favorite sales book. And it is called, The Art of Closing the Sale by Brian Tracy. Why I like this book and why I recommend it is because the first half of the book is all about the mindset of sales. And the second half is actual proven sales techniques and strategies to actually close the sale and to make it their idea instead of closing them they are closing themselves.
Sunshine: I like that. So, getting the client to close themselves. So, is this called professional soft sales?
Crystal: Yes, it is. And relationship sales.
