Execution? Like with a guillotine?
Crystal: No, but that’s a good example.
Sunshine: So, are you trying to show us or talk to us about execution of systems or strategies, what do you mean by execution?
Crystal: Correct, yes. That is what we are going to talk about today is one big pitfall that clients of ours have, when they come to us, they have the right strategy or proven system, but they don’t know how to successfully execute it to get the result that they are looking for.
Sunshine: And you’re going to show how to that today? Or tell us?
Crystal: Yes, I am.
So, there are two parts to growing a successful business. One is you have to have the right strategy or system. And the second part is you have to know how to actually execute that strategy or system correctly to get the positive result that you’re looking for. And I’ll give you an example. Once I had a colleague of my come to me and she had increased her pricing by 30 percent for all existing clients. Well, she got the wrong outcome because her clients were really mad and most of them left and went elsewhere. Now, she had the right strategy, which was to increase the pricing. But what she did wrong there was the how to execute it. Now, if she had executed it and increased it by 15 percent, none of her existing clients would have batted an eye and they would have stayed with her. But because she executed it at 30 percent increase, that is why her clients were upset.
