Sunshine: How do you interact with your competitors?
Crystal: Welcome to The Love of Business. I’m Crystal.
Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.
So, interacting with your competitors. You know, I’ve seen a lot of business owners that like, it’s almost like they treat it like a rival or something rather than a resource. Like what is that all about? You know, like you see sometimes that they’ll just have like, weird Twitter fights or online stuff.
Crystal: That’s because that person, that business owner is coming from scarcity versus abundance. And when that happens, that slows down your own personal business growth for your business. So, it’s a negative thing. So, we should come from abundance for our business and realize that there’s enough customers for everyone.
Sunshine: Okay, so what are some ways that we can identify this? Crystal, do your thing.
Crystal: Three ways to be thinking about your competitors. Number one, come from business abundance. There is more than enough for everyone out there. And that’s a positive way to think about it.
Number two, never badmouth your competitors, because that is negative energy that will come back to you and slow your growth.
And number three, I want you to look in the mirror. That’s who your true competitor is. Your job is to be better, just a little bit, each and every day.
Sunshine: What’s your number one takeaway from today’s video? Leave us a comment and thanks for watching.
