Sunshine: Relationship, financial woes, workload. It could just– You could wake up on the wrong side of the bed that day.
Crystal: You could. It could be the daily grind as well.
Sunshine: Just stress overall. So, what are some strategies for us to overcome these frustrations?
Crystal: Three solid tips to overcome frustrations. Number one, distract yourself. If you’re frustrated, maybe go take a walk. Number two, use relaxation techniques. And number three, reframe your attitude. Change your attitude.
